About Nishimachi Foundation

Nishimachi Foundation (NF) is a tax-exempt non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code formed to provide assistance of primarily a financial nature to elementary and secondary schools located in the United States and abroad. NF receives and makes contributions, solely within the discretion of its Board of Directors, to domestic and foreign organizations organized exclusively for charitable purposes. Most or all of such financial assistance is given to the Nishimachi International School, a non-profit school located in Tokyo, Japan, and to Kirivorn School in Cambodia.
