Last Thursday Mr. Gomaa and a few parents escorted 8 ES students to Franciscan Chapel and made approximately 200 onigiri to be handed out to homeless people in Shibuya. This was an activity organized by the Community Service After-School Club. The students showed a commitment to helping others and we hope to involve more parents and students in the future. What great global ambassadors!

Yesterday the students went to Arisugawa Park and spent the afternoon cleaning up. The children did a really great job and also set a very good example in front of many people. There were several people that gestured towards the kids in a nod of approval, commending them on their efforts and work.
